ABOUT THE BOOSTERS

The Minneapolis Roosevelt Soccer Booster Club is a non-profit organization run by volunteers that supports, encourages and helps advance the Roosevelt Boys and Girls soccer programs.

​The Minneapolis Public School District funds the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams only. It falls on the Booster Club to provide additional funding for other expenses:

In addition to financial support, the Booster Club recognizes that participation in athletics benefits everyone and promotes opportunities to build and strengthen relationships among all involved: the student body, coaches, teachers, staff, parents, and the community. The Booster Club strives to support athletic and academic excellence, promote sportsmanship, personal responsibility, school spirit, and team unity.
